169. Precept Level for Financial Year 2019/20
Proposed to keep precept at the same as the previous year. Cllr Hughes Cllr Donner 2nd. To be in by 21st January
170. Correspondence:-
Highways; Chalk Lane: 2 orders have been raised. Workmen were seen on site. 1 Pot Hole
Has been repaired. Cllr Hughes going to send further correspondence regarding further work to be carried out.
171. Parish Clerk Recruitment.
Cllr Jenkinson still asking an individual who previously expressed an interest.
New resident moving into village, wanting to get involved into village life. Will contact when
They have settled in.
172. William Jones Foundation
Cllr Hughes gave background to the foundation.

173. Planning
Cllr Hughes showed the council plans for Green Pastures become a Caravan Club,
Does not require planning permission as there will only be a maximum of five Caravan or
Motorhomes on site. But Cllr Hughes asked the council do we need to contact them. This
Matter was discussed, As a parish council should we get involved? Unless someone comes to
The parish council meeting we can’t do anything. The closing date for any correspondence
Is almost upon us so it was decided to just write to the owner of the property to notify of
Obligations to adhere to.
