Prior to the meeting, commencing at 7pm, there will be a 15-minute public session. Members of the public may raise matters of concern with the council during this session.  The Parish Council meeting will commence immediately after the public session.

Once the Parish Council meeting commences, members of the public may not speak unless at the discretion of the Chairman to clarify a point.

55.   Planning: 

a.   current applications - 

b.   Local Plan Review- Issues and Options / Call for land consultation – to receive papers circulated by East Lindsey District Council with a view to discussing and agreeing a response at the next meeting (scheduled for 6th April 2021)

56.    Future meetings – to consider a ministerial letter dated 25th March, stating that the Coronavirus Regulations that enabled virtual meetings to be held will cease to have effect on 7th May 2021;  and determine the following:

a.   Whether to bring the Annual Council meeting currently scheduled for May 18th to a date before 7th May so that it may be held virtually

b.   Whether to vary the programme of meetings for civic year 2021/22 previously agreed

57.    Local issues:

a.   Parking outside the school – to discuss approach / any possible action

b.   Junction of A157 / B1373 – restricted visibility when turning right into B1373.

c.   Feedback from Litter Pick 13th March
