b) Annual Governance and Accounts Return (AGAR) –
i. To approve External Audit exemption form
ii. To approve Annual Governance Statement
iii. To approve Accounting Statement
7. Any other Matters for general discussion and/or inclusion in next agenda Review of Standing Orders and Financial Regulations; Speedwatch
