1. Election of Chairman: Cllr Acklam – unanimous
2. Election of Vice Chairman: Cllr Blomley – unanimous
3. Apologies for absence: Cllr Acklam
4. To Receive any declarations of interest not previously disclosed. None
5. To approve the notes of the meetings on 6th April 2021. Approved. (pAJ sFD).
6. Financial:
a) Payments it was RESOLVED to make the following cheque payments: (pAJ sFD)
Zurich Municipal (insurance renewal) 2021/22 £203.22
Lincolnshire County Council (speedwatch fee) £40.00
b) Annual Governance and Accounts Return (AGAR)
i) To Approve the External Audit exemption Form (pAJ sFD)
ii) To approve the Annual Governance Statement (pFD sAJ)
iii) To approve the Accounting Statement (pFD sAJ)
