Attendees: Cllr Simon Acklam, Cllr Jackie Harvey-Brown, Cllr Alexandra Blomley; Cllr Sear 2 members of the public

108.    To receive any declarations of interest not previously disclosed. 
a.    None

109.    To approve the meeting minutes of 10th January 2023 for the Chair’s signature.
a.    Approved Cllr Acklam, seconded Cllr Blomley

110.    Updates from those minutes
a.    Theddlethorpe – three meetings so far. 
i.    All of the funds need to be used by July 2023. 
ii.    No further updates. 
iii.    Investment fund is the focus of all the meetings

111.    Updates from LCC or ELDC
a.    Update on Chalk Lane resurfacing
i.    Cllr Sear will chase the resurfacing of Chalk Lane
b.    School zebra crossing – Cllr Sear will follow this up
c.    Movement of the speed limit request
i.    Cllr Sear has requested, we are waiting on a visit and review of the speed limit. Resend the email to Cllr Sear about the request.
d.    Warm space grants available – Cllr Sear will send the information

112.    Current Vacancies and co-option and resignation – currently have 2 vacancies

113.    Planning Consultation – none this month

114.    Financial:
a.    Approval for the following:
i.    Clerk Salary February 2023            £106.80
Resolved that: Approved Cllr Acklam, seconded Cllr Harvey Brown
b.    Budget for 2023/2024
i.    Approved for 2023/2024 Cllr Acklam seconded Cllr Harvey-Brown
        
115.    Coronation of King Charles
a.    Coronation and community orchard in the school field proposed
i.    Variety of fruits 
ii.    Possibly 7 trees, Cllr Harvey-Brown will enquire at the garden center

116.    Post Office service update
a.    There is an interested party looking to take over the North Somercotes applying to take over the post office services. They are hoping that there will only be a short break in service.

117.    Litter Pick 4th March

118.    Sign on the way into the village
a.    This has now been moved

119.    New this year photo ID required for voting
a.    All voters need to register by 11.59 pm Monday 17th April.
b.    Photograph ID is needed to vote

120.    Speed watch: update
a.    Struggled with the winter temperature
b.    More volunteers are needed
c.    Once we get more volunteers then training will be organised

121.    SIDs – update on the completion of these
a.    SID is now updated with new batteries and Solar Panel
b.    Cost of this was £200 to be approved next meeting
c.    Suggested that we see how this one is with the Solar Panel before updating the other one

122.    Gov.Uk email address for each member of the council
a.    These have a cost attached to them
b.    Makes sense to have uniform addresses and a separate account for each councilor
c.    Review ideas at the next meeting to have separate emails for each councilor

123.    Annual Parish Meeting
a.    We will hold the annual parish meeting at the start of the 16th May Meeting

124.    Any other matters for general discussion and/ or inclusion in the next agenda
