The next meeting of the Parish Council is scheduled for Tuesday 5th November 2019. Prior to the meeting, commencing at 7pm, there will be a 15 minute public session. Members of the public may raise matters of concern with the council during this session. The Parish Council meeting will commence immediately after the public session.
Once the Parish Council meeting commences, members of the public may not speak unless at the discretion of the Chairman to clarify a point.

92. To approve the minutes of the meeting of the 24th September for Chairman’s signature.

a. To consider how to progress Community Speedwatch following the public participation session at the last meeting
b. To receive a report from the clerk regarding the indicative sources for and costs of a defibrillator unit.

Consultation: to agree that the Parish Council wishes to be consulted on planning applications within its boundaries and that such consultation should be in the form of email / access to web-based documents. (Email from Claire Mansey, ELDC, 7th October 2019)
99. Co-option of new councillor: subject to the receipt of confirmation from East Lindsey District Council that an election has not been triggered, to consider applications and, if practical, co-opt a new councillor.
