The next meeting of the Parish Council is scheduled for Tuesday 3rd March 2020. Prior to the meeting, commencing at 7pm, there will be a 15-minute public session. Members of the public may raise matters of concern with the council during this session.  The Parish Council meeting will commence immediately after the public session.

Once the Parish Council meeting commences, members of the public may not speak unless at the discretion of the Chairman to clarify a point.

129.    Annual Parish Meeting – 14th April 2020 – draft agenda. To agree an agenda and a means of distributing the agenda to households

130.    Highways ward walk, 30th March 2020 – to nominate a Parish Councillor to attend a tour of highways issues affecting the Parish with the LCC portfolio holder and LCC ward councillor; and identify areas of concern to raise.

131.    Withern Charities – to receive a verbal update regarding the William Jones Foundation and the George Stovin Foundation

132.   Mablethorpe Town Council Civic Service – to consider an invitation to attend on Sunday March 29th and nominate an attendee if appropriate. 

133.   Correspondence / Clerks Update. To include issues arising from Storm Ciara and general advice regarding trees; planning decisions made since the last meeting; highways fault report update (including A157 flooding); war memorial refurbishment; and election costs still to be recharged.
