The next meeting of the Parish Council is scheduled for Tuesday 21st January 2020. Prior to the meeting, commencing at 7pm, there will be a 15-minute public session. Members of the public may raise matters of concern with the council during this session.  The Parish Council meeting will commence immediately after the public session.

Once the Parish Council meeting commences, members of the public may not speak unless at the discretion of the Chairman to clarify a point.

118.   Correspondence / Clerks Update – to consider correspondence received and receive a report from the clerk to include an update on planning matters (with an associated possible FoI request), transfer of website / domain name into Parish Council ownership; highways faults reported to Lincolnshire  CC; and co-option.

119.   Planning:  Application reference N/212/02316/19 - Planning Permission - Change of use of the former redundant post office/shop to residential and extensions and alterations to existing house to replace obsolete shop front with a new bay window, a new rear entrance porch, and a new workshop/store on the site of existing garage/store which is to be removed.
