57. To approve the minutes of the meeting of the 14th May 2019 for Chairman’s Signature.
Councillors read, agreed and approved minutes. Cllr Acklam signed
58. Updates from those minutes.
Chased Council about potholes on Church Lane. Was told all cleared. Haven’t done it.

61. Financial Year Audit
Cllr Acklam struggled to contact Jenny Cooper. Has now completed the Audit. Financially all all balances. Has also written a report. There have been 2 issues. 1st Item was end of the last
Clerk’s copy and pasted. The 2nd item was pay should have been resolved.
62. Correspondence/Clerks Update
Cllr Hughes reminded council that everything goes through email to everyone, so that it is dealt with quicker.
63. Parish Clerk Recruitment – Andrew Claydon
Cllr Acklam introduced Andrew to the Parish Council. He stated that both he and Cllr Hughes had spoken to him earlier. Andrew was given the floor to introduce himself and give brief background. Cllr Proposed Andrew Claydon for the position of Parish Clerk and Cllr Osborne 2nd the proposal. It was agreed that Andrew will start on 1st August 2019.

Cllr Osborne suggested Flower Boxes, to enhance etc.
Landlord/landlady of Red Lion willing to put out flood warning sign when necessary.
Speeding – Invite Speed Awareness people to come to give a talk etc.
